Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show, and Late Fee Policy
At Upscale: A Beauty Studio, I strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure I maintain these high standards and accommodate all guests, the following policies are in place regarding cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and late arrivals:
No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as arriving 30 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time without prior notice, or failing to attend your appointment entirely.
A no-show fee of up to 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total appointment cost.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 15–29 minutes late, a late fee of $25 may apply if the stylist can adjust their schedule to accommodate your delay.
Arrivals 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time will be considered a no-show and charged at 100% of the total appointment cost.
Important Notes:
Fees are determined at the discretion of the stylist.
Clients with three or more no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may have their client-stylist relationship terminated.
